Australian domestic shipping

We aim to ship all orders with in 1 business day. We ship with Australian Post, most deliveries are complete with in 3-5 business days of your order.

International shipping

We are now shipping worldwide! In exceptional circumstances this can take up to 6 weeks for delivery, however we will post your item within 1 working day of order to speed up the process!

                                                                                                                                                             

RETURNS

Need to return something? Not a problem. We accept all exchanges within 30 days of purchase date.
In order to exchange or return product/s bought online through our online store, you will need to email sales@boganapparel.com.au who will email you with the return address.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

OUR POLICY
1. Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). 

2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have no stains or strong odors.

3. We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Bogan Apparel is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected upon arrival.
