Need to Swap Your Size?
No worries — if you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help you swap it over.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Let us know your order number and the new size you’d like.
Step 2: Pay Your Replacement Postage
We’ll update your original order and add the replacement postage charge.
You’ll then receive an email from Shopify with the subject: Invoice #BOGANAPXXXX
Click Pay Now on the invoice to pay the postage for us to send your replacement size back out to you.
Step 3: Send Your Item Back
You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of postage to send your original item back to:

Please pop a note inside your parcel with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- The new size you’d like
Step 4: We’ll Send Your Replacement
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked everything over, we’ll send out your new size using the postage you’ve already paid through the invoice.
Just to be clear: you cover the postage to send the original item back to us, and the invoice we send covers the postage for your replacement item to be sent back to you.
Footy Shorts Sizing
Heads up — our Footy Shorts run a little small. If you’re between sizes or like a bit more room, we recommend going up a size.
